File Preparation
Image/Text Scanning
Includes scanning of diagrams, handwritten letters or pages to a pdf file: $5.00 per page or scanned image.
Transcription/Data Entry
Ideal for manuscripts that are not typed - a word document (8.5x11, double spaced, 1" margins, size 12 Times New Roman) will be provided for you: $0.03 per word
Copyright Services
Titles on Demand employs a team of copyright specialists to assist you in obtaining the correct permissions for reprinted materials. Copyright permission must be secured from the copyright holder of any published work before we can reproduce the work or photograph.
Obtaining copyrights can be a complex process and the amount of time required can differ greatly depending on individual publishers and sources. In order to be able to present an accurate quote, one hour of assessment time is required. From there we will be able to gage how time intensive an individual project will be as well as how costly it will be to obtain permissions.
$45.00 per hour (initial assessment one hour minimum, by quotation)
Production Services
PDF conversion
(from .doc or .rtf): $5.00 per file
File Manipulation/Basic Changes
Need a table of contents created? Need to move pages around in your file?
Let us take care of that for you: $25.00 per half hour (1/2 hour minimum)
Author Alteration Submission
Submission of new files that may include spelling error changes, formatting issues, etc.: $40.00 per file (If you are submitting a new interior and a new cover file, the total charge will be $80.00 - $40.00 for the cover file and $40.00 for the interior file)

Although we do not have in-house editorial services, we'd be happy to recommend editors we have worked with in the past.
Cover Services
ISBN/Barcode
We will assign your book an ISBN and place it on your cover: $100.00 per book
Cover Design
Consultation and design by our in-house cover designer: $300.00 per cover. Includes 30 minute consultation to establish design and 1 set of revision requests to design.
Premade Cover (if not purchased in a package)
Need a cover and don’t want to spend a fortune? Select from one of our premade covers: $100.00 per cover. Includes 1 set of revision requests to design.

Global Distribution
If you would like your book available for purchase on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc. we will help you set-up your book. Set-up aid includes 2 hours in total of consultation (via phone, e-mail or in-person) to discuss the details of distribution through Lightning Source, and to walk you through the process. $300.00 for 2 hours of consultation, extra time will be billed at $50.00 per 1/2 hour.

Paper Stock Options
Our books are regularly printed on FSC certified, 92 bright, 20lb white paper stock and are charged at $0.04 per page. If you would like something different, please select from the below. Samples are available when ordering and can be shipped at the customer’s expense.
Cream Paper Stock - $0.05 per page
Printing on our cream paper stock is available at $0.05 per page
20lb 92 bright 30% Recycled Paper Stock - $0.05 per page
Looking to be more green? Try our 30% recycled paper!
24lb 98 bright White Paper Stock - $0.06 per page
This heavier paper stock is better for printing pages with more ink.
28lb 100 bright White Paper Stock - $0.07 per page
Printing on this stock provides sharp images and text.
